This Privacy Policy explains how Net Access Marketing Ltd ("Net Access Marketing", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use netaccessmarketing.com, contact us, or when we operate the applications and integrations described below. 2. The information we collect

  • Contact information - your name, email address, company and any message you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical information - basic usage and device data, and cookies or similar technologies used to operate and measure the website (see section 7).
  • Google account data - where you or an authorised account holder connect a Google account to one of our applications, the data made available through the Google APIs we are authorised to access (see section 4).

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide our services.
  • To operate, secure, measure and improve our website and applications.
  • To operate the marketing, analytics and tag-management integrations that an account holder has authorised (see section 4).
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business.

4. Google API Services and Limited Use disclosure

Net Access Marketingoperates internal applications that connect to Google accounts, with the account holder's authorisation, to manage marketing and analytics infrastructure. With permission, we access Google services that may include Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Site Verification.

We use this access solely to provide and improve those marketing, analytics and tag-management features for the authorising account - for example, to read and configure tags, containers, analytics properties and search-performance data on the account holder's behalf. We access only the scopes required for these features.

Net Access Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, we confirm that we do not:

  • use Google user data for serving advertisements;
  • transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, market research or other unrelated purposes;
  • allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised; and
  • use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the features above.

Google account access can be reviewed and revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, hosting, email and form-handling providers), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Any data accessed through the Google APIs is handled strictly in line with section 4.

6. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, then delete or anonymise it. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures - including access controls and encryption in transit - to protect the information we hold.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to understand how it is used (for example, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability.
